Around the corner from our hotel, Gold Coast Motors has six of these
on display (and more in storage) along with a bunch of Bently coupes
and convertibles.
While you wrap your head around the idea that this is $600k, look
behind at the matching black one; that’s $1.2 million worth of cars
right there.
What really stretched Kate’s brain was the idea that they’re here
because people are buying them. As I told her that, the salesman
added, "and many times customers pay cash."
Then my brain stretched. When your eyes show you possibilities that
exceed your thinking, you can either shake your head, or expand what’s
in it.

ArgoTea is a Chicago-based chain of tea shops with a startling
similarity to a certain Seattle-based chain of coffee shops. Kate
wanted to go. So, here we are. It’s good. But, it’s not coffee. Chai
tea latte? Oh, puhhhleeze. Next thing I’ll be getting a cat and take
up cross-stitch. Must find coffee. Stronnng coffee.
