My little Texans are not easily thrilled by a ride. When I saw the Mountain Coaster while planning the trip, it seemed a perfect fit. Looking up at the ride, they seemed skeptical. Those blue carts get towed to the top of a track that stretches just under a mile. The rest is just a matter of rider and gravity.
John went first, followed by Kate and Stella. Zuzu rode with me. Final review? Ehhhh, it was okay. Fun, but not a thrill. What can I say, the monkey troop sets the bar high.
See? THAT’s why you guys need to come back here for the summer — the amusement park just north of us is awash in thrills. And not just ’cause many roller coasters are created here!
